day 83. skiing. sunday river. 3/14.

the rain came in overnight. i again had the outback. i hit two first then rode a cabin up to the top of the chondola. i knew three and six might not need their breaks covered due to early closings so i headed to aurora next, then jordan. it was pretty miserable as visibility was terrible, i was getting hit with ice pellets, and the skiing was actually fast and frozen. i was also struggling with the time change. i was delighted to hear three and six were all set and took the long ice pellet-filled ride back across kansas to an early day.
